舒血宁与马来酸桂哌齐特联合治疗急性脑梗死30例临床观察

目的观察舒血宁与马来酸桂哌齐特联合治疗急性脑梗死的临床疗效。方法将急性脑梗死患者60例随机分为治疗组和对照组,2组患者均给予常规治疗,包括吸氧、口服阿司匹林、调整血压及一些对症处理,治疗组给予舒血宁与马来酸桂哌齐特联合静滴,对照组单独使用舒血宁静滴。疗程14 d,观察2组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论舒血宁与马来酸桂哌齐特联合治疗急性脑梗死疗效显著,安全可靠,值得推广。

Shu-Xue-Ning and Cinepazide maleate in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction: clinical observation of 30 cases

Objective Observation on Shu Xue-Ning and cinepazide maleate in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction clinical curative effect. Methods 60 cases of acute cerebral infarction patients were randomly assigned to treatment and control groups, two groups of patients given conventional treatment, including oxygen inhalation, oral aspirin, blood pressure adjustment and symptomatic treatment,treatment of shuxuening injection combined with cinepazide maleate by intravenous drip, control group alone effect of quiet drops, course of 14 days, observe the two sets of results. Results Clinical treatment of Group results the total effective rate is significantly better than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effects of Shu-Xue-Ning and cinepazide maleate in the treatment of acute cerebral infarction were significant, safe and reliable.
