| 摘 要： | 目的:建立HPLC测定复方豆蔻合剂中橙皮苷含量的方法.方法:色谱条件为Agilent Zorbax SB-C18色谱柱(4.6mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-2％乙酸溶液(35∶65),流速1.0 mL· min-1,检测波长283 nm,柱温35℃,进样量10 μL.结果:橙皮苷在2.084 ～ 83.36 mg·L-1与其峰面积呈良好线性关系(r =0.999 9),平均回收率98.6％,RSD 1.8％.结论:该方法简便准确、灵敏度高、重复性好,为复方豆蔻合剂的质量控制提供参考.
