甲状腺手术导致喉返神经损伤的原因分析

目的:探讨甲状腺手术导致喉返神经损伤的原因。方法:选择收治的甲状腺癌140例,都采用甲状腺癌根治术,对于不同患者选择不同的手术方法与淋巴结清扫术。结果:所有患者都治疗成功,共发现喉返神经损伤患者10例,发生率为7.14%,对症处理后痊愈出院,无严重后遗症。结论:甲状腺手术导致喉返神经损伤是临床上常见的并发症,临床上的处理要积极施行淋巴结清扫术并合理选择甲状腺全切术。

Cause analysis of recurrent laryngeal nerve injury by thyroid surgery

Objective To investigate the cause of recurrent laryngeal nerve injury by thyroid surgery.Methods From Feb 2009 to Mar.2012,140 cases with thyroid cancer in our hospital were chosen,who were given thyroid cancer radical surgery,different patients were given different surgical methods and lymph node dissection.Results All patients were treatment success,10 cases were recurrent laryngeal nerve injury,the incidence was 7.14%,who were given symptomatic treatment and heal,had no serious sequelae.Conclusion Recurrent laryngeal nerve injury by thyroid surgery were common complications in clinical,which should be given lymph node dissection combined with thyroidectomy.
