p15在大肠癌组织中的表达及其意义

目的研究p15在大肠正常黏膜-腺瘤-癌序列中的表达规律及其与大肠癌发生、发展的关系;探讨p15在大肠黏膜癌变发生、发展中的作用机制,为大肠肿瘤的早期诊断和治疗提供依据。方法随机收集大肠癌患者30例,大肠腺瘤患者10例,再随机取距病变组织大于5 cm的正常大肠黏膜10例,采用SP法,检测p15在不同大肠黏膜组织中的表达情况。结果 p15在大肠癌中阳性表达率与大肠癌组织分化程度有关,与其他临床病理因素无明显关系。结论 p15基因的失活在结直肠癌的发生、发展中具有重要意义。
