高血压脑出血微创血肿引流25例临床效果观察

摘    要:目的:观察微创血肿引流治疗高血压脑出血的临床效果。方法:选取50例高血压脑出血患者为研究对象,随机分为开颅手术组和微创血肿引流组,各为25例。两组患者预先给予基础护理、吸氧、脑保护剂等,以维持体内电解质和酸碱平衡,再分别进行开颅手术和微创血肿引流。结果:与开颅手术组作比较,微创血肿引流组预后明显,安全可靠。结论:高血压脑出血患者进行微创血肿引流,可明显提高效果,安全可靠,能在临床上得到广泛的推广。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect on minimally invasive surgery draining hematoma to hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods 50 cases of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients admitted in our hospital were selected in this research.They were divided radomlly into digging skull operation group and minimally invasive surgery draining hematoma group,each group were 25 cases.Both of the two groups were giving basic care,oxygen inhalation and brain protective agent priorly to keep the electrolyte and acid-base balance.Then,they were undergone digging skull operation and minimally invasive surgery draining hematoma respectively.Results Compared with digging skull operation group,the prognosis of minimally invasive surgery draining hematoma group is signifiantly more effincient,safer and more reliable.Conclusion It is more effective,safer and more reliable for hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage patients to receive minimally invasive surgery draining hematoma.So,minimally invasive surgery draining hematoma is worth widely spread for clinical use.
