| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年2型糖尿病患者血清C反应蛋白(CRP)与红细胞沉降率、纤维蛋白原、中性粒细胞的关系及意义。方法 66例老年2型糖尿病患者采用免疫比浊法测定C反应蛋白、纤维蛋白原,魏氏法测定红细胞沉降率,电阻抗法测定中性粒细胞。结果老年糖尿病患者C反应蛋白与红细胞沉降率、纤维蛋白原等炎性指标具有明显正相关且敏感度明显优于其他炎性指标。结论血清C反应蛋白是反映炎症发生极敏感的指标。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the serum levels of C -reactive protein （CRP） and erythrocyte sedimentation rate, fibrinogen, neutrophils and its significance.Methods 66 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes using turbidimetric immunoassay determination of C-reactive protein , fdarinogen , Westergren erythrocyte sedimentation rate, electrical impedance method neulrophils.Results In elderly diabetic patients with C-reactive protein and erythrocyte sedimentation rate , fibrinogen , inflammatory markers have a significantly positive correlation and sensitivity was significantly better than the other. Conclusion The serum levels of C -reactive protein detection is a very sensitive indicator of the reaction of the inflammatory response. |
