急性结石性胆囊炎并发肝功能损害的手术治疗分析

目的探讨分析手术治疗急性结石性胆囊炎并发肝功能损害的临床疗效。方法选取我院收治的急性结石性胆囊炎并发肝功能损害患者86例作为研究对象,观察手术治疗效果。结果重度患者的丙氨酸转氨酶、总胆红素、天冬氨酸转氨酶明显高于中度和轻度患者,血浆白蛋白明显较低;中度患者的丙氨酸转氨酶、总胆红素、天冬氨酸转氨酶明显高于轻度患者,血浆白蛋白也明显较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论急性结石性胆囊炎炎性反应越严重,对肝功能的损害越大。根据患者炎性反应程度及肝功能损害的程度以及患者的情况,实施腹腔镜胆囊切除术对肝功能的恢复具有促进作用。
