黄酮类化合物的药效机制及构效关系研究进展

摘    要:探讨存在于中草药中,以2-苯基色原酮为母核,具有C6-C3-C6基本碳架结构的类化合物.对近几年研究成果和相关文献进行了整理和分析,主要从临床应用、药效机制以及构效关系等几方面来介绍,黄酮类化合物在治疗肿瘤、心血管疾病、糖尿病以及抗菌、抗氧化、抗衰老、抗HIV病毒等多方面具有活性.其进行的临床应用的研究、药理机制的阐明、构效关系的探索以及结构改造方面的研究或可为黄酮类的进一步合理应用以及相关新药的开发开辟出一条新的重要途径.这些研究成果表明黄酮类化合物具有广泛的生物活性和药理活性,潜在开发应用价值巨大.旨在为黄酮类化合物的进一步开发应用提供有益信息.

Abstract:Flavonoids are widely existed in Chinese herbal medicine with 2-phenyl-chromone nucleus and C6-C3-C6 structure. In the past years, there are many published papers at home and abroad studying on its activity for treatingtumor, cardiavascellum disease, diabetes and anti-bacterial, antiviral, anti-oxidant,even anti-HIV and so on. These results demonstrate that flavonoids have a wide physiologic function and have great potential of development and application.This paper is a systematic review of the research advances of flavonoids and its derevatives in clinical application, pharmacodynamic mechanisms and SAR studies in the past years. The current review would provide some useful information for further study on flavonoids.
