| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声在血液透析动静脉内瘘中的应用价值。方法:用彩色多普勒超声对59例血液透析患者进行动静脉内瘘检查。结果:59例血液透析患者中44例动静脉内瘘血流通畅,血液透析量达标,15例发生一种或一种以上并发症。结论:彩色多普勒超声是评估血管通路功能的有效辅助检查方法之一,能及时发现并发症,指导临床治疗,延长动静脉内瘘使用寿命。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the application value of color doppler ultrasound in monitoring arteriovenous fistula for blood dialysis.Methods Color doppler ultrasound was used to examine the arteriovenous fistula of 59 patients with blood dialysis.Results Among the 59 patients,Flow volume of the fistula in 44 patients was fluent for blood dialysis,and 15 patients were found to have some complications.Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasonography is one of the effective methods for evaluation of the flow volume of arteriovenous fistula,and detects the complications in time to duide the clinical treatment for prolongation of the usage time for hemodialysis access. |
