摘    要:目的探讨α-连环素(α—cat)在非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中的表达及其与NSCLC的发生、发展及预后的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学PicTure^TM通用型二步法,观察43例NSCLC患者及7例正常肺组织中的α—cat表达情况。结果在43例NSCLC患者中,α—cat的异常表达率为72.1%;α—cat异常表达与分化程度和是否有区域淋巴结转移显著相关(P〈0.05);α—cat异常表达患者生存期明显短于正常表达患者。结论α—cat表达与NSCLC的发生、发展及预后关系密切,可作为评估NSCLC患者进展及预后的有价值指标。

Abstract:Objective To explore a simple, efficient and microinvasive method to correct inverted nipple. Methods From January 2003 to December 2005,21 patients with 39 inverted nipples were studiod. According to anatomy relationship among nipple, areola and breast duct, two symmetrical single podicle derma and breast complex flaps were designed. The flaps were symmetrical with nipple and based on the edge of areola. The epidermis of flaps was removed. A tunnel was done by blunt dissection among the breast duets. These two flaps were transferred through the tunnel and fixed to the opposite breast tissue to build a new nipple. Results Of 39 inverted nipples, 36 corrected nipples turned satisfactory. Seventeen received 3 to 23 months followod-up after operation, only two nipples seemed imbalance in height, and 1 nipple shrank a little. The patients generational could be breast-fod and erected normally. Conclusion The symmetrical single pedicle derma and breast complex flap is an effective and microinvasive method to correct the inverted nipples.
