中西医结合保守治疗输卵管妊娠临床分析

目的 探讨输卵管妊娠保守治疗方法及临床适应症,以维持输卵管的完整性和功能,增加生育机能.方法 对48例输卵管妊娠病例米非司酮加宫外孕1号方剂保守治疗的临床资料进行总结分析.结果 48例保守治疗成功38例,失败10例.保守治疗成功率为71.1%,各种类型的异位妊娠治疗需要的疗程明显不同,陈旧型平均3个疗程,流产型1.5个疗程,未破型2.3个疗程.结论 中西医结合治疗部分输卵管妊娠如陈旧型、未破型及流产型简单可行,成功率高,维持了输卵管的完整性,增加了生育机能.

A clinical analysis of conservative treatment of tubal pregnancy with combination of Chinese traditional medicine and Western medicine

Objective To explore conservative treatment and clinical indications of tubal pregnancy.Methods The clinical data of combined conservative treatments with Chinese traditional medicine(TCM)(No.1 TCM formula for ectopic pregnancy)and Western medicine(WM)(mifistone) for 48 cases of tubal pregnancy were analyzed.Results Among 48 cases,the combined conservative treatment in 38 cases succeeded and failed in 10 cases.Conclusion The combined conservative treatment with TCM and WM is effective for partial types of tubal pregnancy such as old type,non-ruptured type and abortion type with high successful rate.So,integrity of the fallopian tube is maintained and fertility of the women is enhanced.
