| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨中药白芨胶液体胶栓塞兔颈内动脉建立急性脑梗塞模型的可行性。方法 选用5只实验用新西兰兔进行颈内动脉中药白芨胶液体栓塞，而后作数字减影血管造影（DSA）及CT平扫加增强，观察栓塞后性的一系列改变。结果 5只兔栓塞后DSA显示颈内动脉细小分支及主干发生闭塞，CT平扫和增强在缺血6小时可见栓塞侧大脑半球片状低密度梗区。结论 运用中药白芨胶液体栓塞建立脑中风模型确切可行。

| Abstract: | Purpose To explore the possibility of acute cerebral infarction molde establishment by Baiji liquid embolization for internal carotid artery (ICA). Methods 6 experimental Newzealand rabbits were used for ICAS baiji glue embolization. DSA and CTexaminations were done after establishment of the models. Results Small branches and trunk of ICA were all obliterated after embolization. CT scanning showed patchy low - density areas after 6h of embolization. Conclusion Establishmem of cerebral infarction model by Baiji glue embolization is practical. |
