| 摘 要： | 从古代相关文献、现代病因病机认识、证型特点研究(从功能分级与证型、原发病与证型、客观实验指标与证型特点)对慢性心力衰竭中医病机及证型作了综述。气虚血瘀是贯穿于充血性心力衰竭病程中最基本的病理机制,认为应从实验设计的完善、样本量的扩大、多层面多角度及寻找新的切入点进行研究。
