辛伐他汀对慢性心力衰竭患者脑钠肽及LVEF的影响

目的：探讨辛伐他汀对慢性心力衰竭（心衰）患者左室射血分数（LVEF），以及脑钠肽（BNP）的影响。方法：将血脂正常的慢性收缩性心衰患者50例随机分为对照组（25例）和他汀组（25例）。两组均接受常规治疗（利尿剂、血管紧张素转化酶抑制剂、洋地黄、β-受体阻滞剂），他汀组再加用辛伐他汀（20mg／d）治疗，治疗前及治疗后12周均测LVEF以及BNP。结果：BNP与心衰严重程度相关，治疗12周后，两组BNP活性均下降（P〈0．05），LVEF升高（P〈0．05），且以他汀组变化更明显，与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：慢性心衰患者在接受常规治疗的同时，加用辛伐他汀治疗可明显改善慢性心衰患者的LVEF、降低BNP。

Changes of plasma levels of brain natriuretic peptide and LVEF in patients with chronic heart failure after simvastatin treatment

Objective To evaluate the changes of plasma levels of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP),and left ventricle ejection fraction(LVEF) in patients with chronic heart failure after Simvastatin treatment.Method Fifty patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into the control group(n=25) treated with routin therapy and the statin group(n=25) treated with Simvastatin based on routine therapy for 12 weeks.Plasma BNP were measured with ELISA.Results Plasma levels of BNP,LVEF were significantly correlated with the degree of cardiac function.After 12 weeks′treatment,the levels of plasma BNP were decreased,while LVEF were ascended in the two groups(P<0.05),and the changes were more marked in the stains group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the patients with chronic heart failure,after treated with simvastatin,left ventricle ejection fraction would be improved,while BNP would be decreased.
