贲门癌术后早期腹腔温热灌注化疗对腹腔内复发转移的影响

目的:探讨贲门癌术后早期腹腔温热灌注化疗对腹腔内复发转移的影响。方法:将期贲门癌术后56例患者随机分为研究组(34例)和对照组(22例),分别行早期腹腔温热灌注化疗(氟尿嘧啶+丝裂霉素)和化疗(UFT+丝裂霉素),观察比较两组1a～3a累积腹腔复发转移率。结果:研究组术后1a～3a腹腔复发转移率均低于对照组:为8.82%对13.64%;11.76%对36.36%;29.41%对59.09%。3a累积复发转移率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:期贲门癌术后早期行腹腔温热灌注化疗可降低腹腔内复发转移,是贲门癌术后一种有效的综合治疗方法。

Early postoperative intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy for gastric cardia carcinoma

Objective:To analyze the effect of early postoperative intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy on the prevention of peritoneal recurrence and metastasis in patients with gastric cardia carcinoma in stage Ⅲ?Methods:Patients suffered from gastric cardia carcimoma after opreration were randomized into two groups with 34 cases(study group) and 22 cases(control group).Study group received intraperitoneal hyperthermic perfusion themotherapy with 5-fluoroucil plus mitomycin,and control group received themotherapy with UFT plus mitomycin.Recurrence and metastasis rate were recorded.Results:The peritoneal recurrence and metastasis rate in 1～3 years were lower in study group than those in control group,8.82% vs 13.64%,11.76% vs 36.36% and 29.41% vs 59.09% respectively.The culmative recurrence and metastasis rate of 3 years had significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early postperative intraperitoneal perfusion chemotherapy for gastric cardia carcinoma in stage Ⅲ could lower peritoneal recurrence and metastasis.This mothod was an effective synthetic therapy to gastrioc cardia carcinoma.
