2000~2005年成都地区妇女病普查结果分析

目的:回顾分析成都市妇女病普查情况,以把握当前妇女病的变化趋势,为制定切实有效的妇女病防治措施提供科学依据。方法:采用常规的妇女病普查方法,从事普查的人员均经过专业培训,按照全国高等院校《妇产科学》第6版的疾病诊断标准进行疾病诊断。全部资料用Excel数据库录入,SPSS 13进行统计分析。结果:近5年来妇女生殖道感染性疾病及性病患病率逐渐降低,子宫肌瘤及乳腺癌、子宫颈癌呈上升趋势。结论:妇女病普查是妇女保健工作的重要内容之一,应加强多部门的协作,改进普查方法和内容,提高妇女病普查率,切实维护广大妇女的健康。

Analysis on general investigation into gynecological diseases and its interferential measures in Chengdu area from 2000 to 2005

Objective:To grasp the current changing trend of the gynecological diseases by retrospective analysis of general investigation into gynecological diseases in Chengdu,to provide scientific foundation for establishing effective prophylactico-therapeutic measures.Methods:The data were obtained by routine census method of women diseases through the trained professional personnel according to diagnostic criteria from the 6th edition of Obstetrics and Gynecology for Chinese High Universities and Colleges.Results:The incidence of infectious diseases of female genital tract and venereal diseases began to de-escalate,the incidence of hysteromyoma,breast carcinoma and cervical cancer showed an upward tendency during the past five years.Conclusion:General investigation into gynecological diseases is an important part of the health care of women.The cooperation of many departments should be increased for improving the methods and contents of examination,increasing the rate of general investigation into gynecological diseases,protecting the health of broad masses of women.
