| 摘 要： | 目的评价MRI、EEG和CT对病毒性脑炎的诊断价值。方法回顾分析106例急性病毒性脑炎患者入院24h内CSF、EEG检查结果,48h内头颅CT和MRI检查结果。结果病毒性脑炎患者EEG阳性率达91.5%,MRI阳性率为61.1%,而CT阳性率仅34.4%。结论EEG联合MRI对病毒性脑炎诊断和鉴别诊断提供重要依据。

| Abstract: | Objective Evaluated the diagnostic value of cerebrospinal fluid(CSF),electroencephalogram (EEG), MRI and CT on acute viral encephalitis. Methods The results of 106 patients with acute viral encephalitis were analyzed retrospectively ,which included CSF, EEG in 24h and CT,MRI in 48h since they admitted. Results In these cases the positive rate of EEG was 91.5%,for MRI it was 61.1%, but the positive rate of CT was only 34.4%. Conclusion EEG and MRI were important for diagnosis and differentiate diagnosis of acute viral encephalitis. |
