宫血宁防治宫内节育器所致子宫出血

目的 :观察宫血宁防治放置宫内节育器 ( IU D)后子宫异常出血的效果。方法 :将要求上环的 2 0 0例育龄妇女随机分为观察组与对照组各 10 0例。观察组上环术后立即服用宫血宁 2粒 /次 ,每日 3次 ,连服 5天 ;并且在随后的 3个月里 ,每月经期再服宫血宁 5天。对照组不服药。结果 :观察组发生月经过多、经期延长、经间期点滴出血的患者 ( 8% )明显减少 ,与对照组 ( 41% )相比有显著性差异 ( P<0 .0 5 )。对照组患者上环后血清铁下降明显 ,且是逐月下降 ( P<0 .0 5 ) ,而观察组患者血清铁下降不明显 ( P>0 .0 5 )。结论 :宫血宁胶囊防治放置 IU D引起的子宫出血效果显著 ,副作用小 ,且安全 ,值得临床推广应用

Clinical observation on GongXueNing in decreasing uterine bleeding after using intrauterine device

Objective: It is to observe the therapeutic effect of GongXueNing (GXN) in preventing and treating uterine bleeding after using intrauterine device (IUD). Methods: Two hundred reproductive women who needed using IUD were randomly divided into treatment group with 100 patients and control group with 100 patients. The treatment group was given GXN 0.26g orally on the just time after using IUD and the period of menses of next three months, three times a day, for 5 days. The control group was administered no medicine. Results: The uterine bleeding rate of treatment group after using IUD was (8%) significantly lower than that of control group (41%) (P<0.05). The level of serum iron of control group was decreasing month by month after using IUD (P<0.05), but in the treatment group, no change of the level of serum iron was found (P>0.05). Conclusion: GXN have good effects on preventing and treating uterine bleeding after using IUD, and there is no significant adverse reaction. It is a safe drug and worth to use.
