临床药师介入泌尿外科围手术期预防用抗菌药对比分析

目的：了解临床药师介入泌尿外科围手术期预防用抗菌药的干预作用。方法：随机抽取临床药师介入前2012年1～6月泌尿外科I、Ⅱ类切口手术病历各6（）份，介入后2012年7月～2013年1月泌尿外科I、Ⅱ类切口手术病历各60份，分析用药合理性。结果：临床药师介入泌尿外科围手术期预防用抗茵药使用后，I类切口病例用药适应证、药物选择、用药时机、用法、剂量、疗程较干预前趋于合理（P〈0．01）；但Ⅱ类切口病例仍存在选药广谱、用药疗程偏长等问题。结论：临床药师介入使得抗菌药在围手术期的预防应用更加合理，但监督作用仍需加强。

Contrastive Analysis of the Preventive Use of Antibiotics in Perioperative Period of Urology Surgical Operations Intervened by Clinical Pharmacist

Objective：To review the preventive use of antibiotics in the perioperative period of urological surgical operations intervened by clinical pharmacists in our hospital, and to analyze the intervening effect of their rational use of an- tibiotics. Methods：60 urological surgical cases of type I and type II incision operations were randomly chosen during Jan. to June, 2012 before clinical pharmacists＇ intelvention and during July, 2012 to Jan. , 2013 after their intervention in our hospital, and the rationality of antibiotics use was evaluated. Results ：The indication, choice, occasion, usage, dosage and course of treatment of antibiotics use in type I incision operation tended to be rational after clinical pharmacists＇ inter- vention（ P 〈 0.01 ）. However, there were still many problems in type II incision operations, such as wide drug choice, lon- ger time of drug use, etc. Conclusion：The intervention contributed to a rational application of antibiotics, but supervision function of clinical pharmacists still needed to be enhanced.
