吉西他滨联合奥沙利铂在晚期非小细胞肺癌中的疗效和安全性研究

目的:探讨吉西他滨联合奥沙利铂治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效和安全性。方法:选取晚期非小细胞肺癌患者140例,随机分为两组。其中对照组66例,观察组74例。对照组患者给予吉西他滨联合顺铂进行治疗;观察组患者给予吉西他滨联合奥沙利铂进行治疗。对两组患者治疗效果进行评价,并记录两组患者不良反应。结果:观察组患者有效率为52.71%,对照组为50.00%。两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。两组患者各种不良反应发生几率相差不大,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:对晚期非小细胞肺癌进行吉西他滨和奥沙利铂联合治疗是一种安全而有效的治疗方法,较为理想。

The observation of Gemcitabine and oxaliplatin in the efficacy and safety of advanced non-small cell lung cancer

Objective To investigate Gemcitabine and oxaliplatin in the efficacy and safety of advanced non-small cell lung cancer.Methods 140 cases of advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients were chosen.They were randomly divided into two groups:the control group of 66 cases,74 cases in the observation group,and made them comparable.The control group was treated with gemcitabine combined with cisplatin treatment;and the observation group was treated with gemcitabine and oxaliplatin treatment.The clinical effect of the two groups of patients was taken for evaluation,and took record of adverse reactions for the two groups of patients.Results The effective rate of the observation group was 52.71%,and 50.00% in the control group.The difference was not obvious,and there was no significance(P>0.05).The adverse reactions probability rate for the two groups was not obvious,and there was no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination therapy of Gemcitabine and oxaliplatin in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer is a safe and effective treatment way,and it is ideal.
