摘    要:目的探讨方格星虫多糖对小鼠的抗疲劳作用。方法将小鼠随机分组,采用小鼠负重游泳实验,以方格星虫多糖0.2,0.4,0.6g.kg-1灌胃给药,测定各组游泳时间,并对游泳后小鼠的血清尿素氮、乳酸脱氢酶、肝糖原、肌糖原、超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛等指标进行检测。结果与对照组相比,星虫多糖各剂量组明显延长了小鼠的游泳时间。相应剂量给药小鼠血清尿素氮有明显减低,乳酸脱氢酶显著升高,肝糖原、肌糖原也呈上升趋势,低剂量用药能显著提高SOD活性和降低MDA含量。结论星虫多糖对小鼠有明显抗疲劳效果。

Abstract:Objective To study the anti-fatigue effects of polysaccharides from Sipunculus nudus Linnaeu in mice.Methods Male mice were randomly divided into groups: test groups were administered ig.with polysaccharides(0.2,0.4,0.6g·kg-1).The burden-swimming time were recorded and also the contents of BUN,LDH,LG,MG,SOD and MDA were measured.Results Compared with the control group,polysaccharides could prolong the swimming time.The suitable doses of the polysaccharides could obviously reduce the BUN content and increase the LDH content.The SOD activity and MDA concentration in liver tissue were measured,the results indicated that SOD activity of low-dose groups was higher than that of control group and MDA concentration was lowed obviously.Conclusion The polysaccharides from Sipunculus nudus had the effect of anti-fatigure in mice.
