结缔组织病肺间质纤维化治疗进展

结缔组织病相关肺间质纤维化（CTD-ILD）的早期诊断与治疗是当今风湿病学界较为关注的问题。CTD-ILD 的发生是由于多种炎性因子导致内皮和上皮细胞损伤、炎症反应及成纤维细胞增殖等共同导致的病理过程，临床治疗困难。糖皮质激素和免疫抑制剂被用于治疗大多数ILD患者，但仍有部分患者抗炎和免疫抑制的疗效欠佳。近年，细胞因子拮抗剂得到高度的关注。该文综述近年CTD-ILD 的相关治疗研究进展。

Progress in the treatment of secondary interstitial lung disease in patients with connective tissue disease

Early diagnosis and treatment of secondary interstitial lung disease (ILD)in the patients with connective tissue disease (CTD)are more concerned in the scientific community.The incidence of CTD-ILD is due to a variety of inflammatory factorsleading to endothelial and epithelial cell injury,inflammatory reaction and pathological process of fiber cell proliferation,making clinical treatment very difficult.Corticosteroids and immunosuppressive agents were used in the treatment of most patients with ILD,but still have poor ef-ficacy in some patients with anti-inflammatory and immunosuppressive activity.However,the cytokine therapy has been highly concerned in recent years.This review describes the progress in the treatment of patients with CTD-ILD.
