摘    要:目的:建立电感耦合等离子质谱法(ICP-MS法)测定百部药材中砷、镉、汞、铅含量的方法。方法样品经微波消解后,以铟(In)、金(Au)为内标,采用ICP-MS同时测定上述4种元素。结果所测元素标准曲线的相关系数r>0.9987,回收率在94.22%~97.50%之间,RSD均小于5%。结论该研究建立的方法具有较低检出限及高灵敏度,可用于百部药材的质量控制。研究结果表明环境对百部药材中砷、镉、汞、铅含量影响较大,可能导致其超出现有《中国药典》(2010年版)中限量标准。

Abstract:Objective To establish a method with ICP-MS to test four heavy metal elements,including As,Cd,Hg and Pb in Radix Ste-monae.Methods An inductivety coupled plasma-mass spectrometry method with microwave-assisted digestion was developed to test four elements simultaneously with In and Au as internal standard.Results The correlation coefficients were larger than 0.998 7,the recovery values ranged from 94.22% to 97.50%,and the RSD were less than 5%.Conclusions Because of the excellent detection limit and high sensitivity,this method can meet the quality control criteria for Radix Stemonae.Moreover,it pointed out that the environ-ment affects the content of As,Cd,Hg and Pb in Radix Stemonae and it probably exceeds the latest limitation standard in Chinese Phar-macopoeia(2010 version).
