乳腺癌超声表现与其病理基础的相关性研究分析

目的：对乳腺癌超声表现与其病理基础的相关性进行研究和分析。方法对2012年7月~2013年7月在本院住院治疗的46例乳腺癌患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析，依照超声乳腺影像报告和数据系统呈现出来的乳腺肿块边界、乳腺肿块边缘、乳腺肿块形态、乳腺后方回声以及乳腺内部回声等指标，分析乳腺超声表现与其病理基础之间的关系。结果乳腺癌超声表现同其病理基础之间存在着明显的相关性。结论提示乳腺肿块表现为恶性的乳腺癌超声乳腺影像报告和数据系统的描述术语同其病理基础之间具有一定的相关性，因此，利用乳腺癌超声乳腺影像报告和数据系统对乳腺癌进行评估，具有显著的意义，值得各大医疗机构临床推广使用。

Correlation analysis of breast cancer sonographic findings and its pathological basis

Objective To study correlation of breast cancer sonographic findings and its pathological basis. Methods Clinical data of 46 cases of breast cancer patients from July 2012 to July 2013 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, in accordance with the ultrasound breast imaging reporting and data system show breast lumps, breast tumor boundary edge, breast lumps, breast shape rear echo and breast and internal echo and other indicators, analysis the relationship between reast ultrasound findings and pathological basis. Results The ultrasound findings of breast cancer have obvious correlation between the pathological basis. Conclusion Breast masses between hints describe terms for ultrasound breast imaging reporting and data system and malignant breast cancer with its pathological basis has certain correlation, therefore, the ultrasound breast imaging reporting and data system of breast cancer to evaluate breast cancer, has significant meaning, worthy of the medical institutions for clinical use.
