| 摘 要： | 应用鼠－鼠杂交瘤技术，以ＣＤ３３＋转染细胞为免疫原制备出一株ＣＤ３３单克隆抗体（单抗）命名为ＨＩＭ３－４（ＩｇＧ１）．经第五届国际人类白细胞分化抗原会议进一步正式命名为ＣＤ３３单抗．本文首次在国内报道，以基因转染细胞作为免疫原成功地制备针对其因表达产物的单抗．

| Abstract: | Using transfectant which expresses human CD33 molecules as immunogen, a monoclonal antibody (McAb, named HIM3-4 IgG1) was produced and identified as CD33. HIM3-4 McAb has been also characterized and clustered to CD33 by sib International Workshop and Conference on Human Leucocyte Differentiation Antigens held in November 1993 in Boston. In the present study we for the first time showed that transfectant can be used as an immunogen to generate hybridoma successfully. |
