2006~2007年通州区志贺菌检测与耐药性分析

摘    要:目的:了解通州区志贺菌菌型及对抗生素的耐药性,为细菌性痢疾的防治提供科学依据。方法:从60份腹泻病人粪便中检出志贺菌20株,采用国家标准检测方法进行生化鉴定、血清学分型和药物敏感试验。结果:阳性率33.33%,分别属于福氏志贺菌(B群)、宋氏志贺菌(D群)两个群6个血清型,其中以B群为主,14株占70.00%,D群次之,6株占30.00%。志贺菌对抗生素萘啶酸(NAL)、四环素(TET)、利福平(RFA)、复方新诺明(SMZ)、氨苄西林(AMP)高度耐药,耐药率均达90.00%以上,对氧氟沙星(OFX)高度敏感,敏感率达100.00%。结论:通州区志贺菌感染的优势菌型为福氏F4 c型为主,占35.00%,其次为宋内1相,占30.00%。应该合理使用抗生素,减少耐药现象。

Abstract:Objective:To have a better understanding of the strains of Shigella and antibiotic resistance in order to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of the bacterial dysentery.Methods:Tests on biochemical identification,serotyping and drug sensitivity of 20 strains of Shigella isolated from 60 patients with diarrhea were conducted based on national standard method.Results:The proportion of 13.3% was found positive,which were 14 prevailing strains of Sh.Flexneri(B group),at the proportion of 70.00% and 6 strains of Sh.Sonnet(D group) at the proportion of 30.00% including 6 serological types.Shigella had a high degree of antibiotic resistance over the rate of 90.00% like NAL,tetracycline,rifampicin,sulfamethoxazole and ampicillin.Shigella was highly sensitive to ofloxacin at the rate of 100.00%.Conclusion:Sh.Flexneri 4c is the prevailing strain of Shigellae at the proportion of 35.00% in Tongzhou District,and Sh.Sonnet at the proportion of 30.00% is the sencondary.Antibiotics should be used properly to reduce the drug resistance.
