护生实习前职业防护知识的调查与分析

目的了解护生实习前对职业防护知识的了解情况。方法自行设计调查问卷，对270名护生实习前职业防护知识进行调查，每人独立完成调查问卷。结果85．6％的护生在学校学习过职业防护知识，95．9％的护生实习前注射过乙肝疫苗，85．8％的护生表示为患者抽血、注射时关注患者是否患有血源性传播疾病；对针刺伤、抗肿瘤药物、艾滋病防护知识了解的愿望差异有显著意义(P=0．000)；对三者的学习兴趣程度差异无显著意义(P=0．103)。结论护生实习前职业防护培训的深度和广度仍需要加强。

Knowledge of Student Nurses about Occupational Prevention before Clinical Internship

Objective To investigate the level of knowledge about occupational prevention before clinical internship in student nurses.Methods 270 student nurses were investigated by a self-designed questionnaire form.Results 85.6% of the student nurses had learned the knowledge about occupational prevention at school;95.9% had been vaccinated for HBV;85.8% had concerns over whether the patients had any blood-borne diseases when they were drawing blood from or giving injections to them;there were significant differences in preventive knowledge about needle prick injury,antineoplastic drugs and AIDS among the student nurses investigated(P=0.000),though there was no significant difference in their interest in learning the knowledge (P=0.103).Conclusion Education of occupational prevention should be strengthened in student nurses before they go in to clinical practices.
