对氨基水杨酸 异烟肼与丁胺卡那霉素联合应用治疗复治肺结核临床观察

目的　探讨对氨基水杨酸、异烟肼与丁胺卡那霉素联合应用治疗复治肺结核的效果与安全性。方法　 93例复治肺结核患者 ,随机分为对照组 (A组 )和治疗组 (B1、B2 组 ) ,每组各 31例。化疗方案 :A组为丁胺卡那霉素组 ,3KaHRZ/ 3HRE ,B1组为对氨基水杨酸 -异烟肼组 ,3DkaRZ/ 3HRE ;B2 组为静脉联合给药组 ,3PHKaRZ/ 3HRE。结果　A组 :显效 8例 ,有效 13例 ,无效 10例 ,总有效率 6 7 7% ;B1组 :显效 19例 ,有效 9例 ,无效 3例 ,总有效率 90 3% ;B2 组 :显效 2 7例 ,有效 3例 ,无效 1例 ,总有效率 96 8%。A组与B1组比P<0 0 1,A组与B2 组比P <0 0 0 1。结论　对氨基水杨酸、异烟肼与丁胺卡那霉素联合治疗复治肺结核效果显著 ,静脉联合应用效果亦很好 ,其不良反应少 ,使用安全 ,具有临床推广应用价值

Clinical Research of using Para - aminosalicylic Acid, Isoniazid and Amikacin to Cure Retreated Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Objective To research the effect and safety of using para-aminosalicylic acid, isoniazid and amikacin to cure retreated pulmonary tuberculosis. Methods 93 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly divided into control group (Group A) and therapy groups (Group B 1 and Group B 2). Every group had 31 cases. The chemotherapy regimens in Group A were treated by 3KaHRZ/3HRE, in Group B 1 by 3DkaRZ/3HRE (pasinizid group) and in Group B 2 by 3PHKa/3HRE (intravenous group). Results After chemotherapy was finished, 8 cases in Group A were remarkable, 13 cases were effective and 10 cases were no avail with the total effective rate 67.7%; 19 cases in Group B 1 were remarkable, 9 cases were effective and 3 cases was no avail with total effective rate 90.3%; 27 cases in Group B 2 were remarkable, 3 cases were effective and only 1 case was no avail with total effective rate 96.8%. The ratio between Group A and Group B 1 was P<0.01. The ratio between Group A and Group B2 was P<0.001. Conclusion The effect of using this method was remarkable. The effect of using intravenous injection was also very effective. The loading effect was little. It might be recommended for clinical usage.
