| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨功能性内窥镜鼻窦手术中同期鼻中隔形成术的优越性。方法：施行功能性内窥镜鼻窦手术同时行鼻中隔成形术108例。结果：鼻中隔偏曲治愈率为98．15％，有效率为100％。结论；功能性内窥镜鼻窦手术中同期行鼻中隔成形术具有减轻患者负担、提高治疗效果、便于术后复查、减少并发症等优点，值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the advantages of nasal septoplasty in functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) performed at the same time.Methods:108 FESSS with endoscopic nasal septoplasty were performed at the same time.Results:The cure rate of nasal septal deviation was 98 15%?The effective rate was 100%.Conclusion:FESS and endoscopic nasal septoplasty performed at the same time has many advantages. |
