| Abstract: | Objective To observe the efficacy and toxicities of paclitaxel combined with nedaplatin and tagafur in the treatment of advanced esophageal carcinoma.Methods All the 55 patients with advanced esophageal carcinoma received chemotherapy,the regimen: paclitaxel 135 mg/m2,d1;nedaplatin 25 mg/m2,d2-4;tagafur 500 mg/m2,d2-6.The treatment was repeated every 21 days.The efficacy and toxicities were evaluated after every two chemotherapy cycles.Results All the 55 patients received a total of 216 cycles of chemothera... |
