| 摘 要： | 目的：研究视神经减压术治疗视神经管骨折所导致视力损伤的疗效。方法：对20例视神经管骨折导致视力减退或丧失者。采用鼻侧切开经筛窦视神经减压术。结果：术后0视力恢复至0.01以上6例；恢复至有光感或手动8例，无效6例。总有效率为70%。结论：采取减压手术越早，视神经恢复越好。即使术前无光感或伤后不超过15d，也不应放弃手术治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the effect of decompression of optic canal in treating diminution of vision caused by optic canal fracture.Method:20 patients with hypopsia or anopia caused by optic canal fracture were treated with decompression of optic canal by transethmoidal route.Result:6 patients had their visions over 0.01, 8 patients had light perception or hand movement, 6 patients had no improvement. The effective rate was 70%.Conclusion:The earlier the decompression is given, the better the vision is. The decompression of optic canal by transethmoidal route is safe and effective . It should not be given up. |
