| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨治疗小儿食管异物安全、有效的办法。方法：对用Foley管法取小儿食管异物56例进行回顾性分析。结果：56例中用Foley管法顺利取出异物53,其中一次成功48例，平均住院4．6h，平均医疗费用267．6元。结论：Foley管法取小儿钝圆形食管异物勿需全麻、且安全、有效、经济、具有较高的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate a safe and effective therapy for esophageal foreign bodies in children.Method:56 cases with esophageal foreign bodies were analyzed retrospectively.Result:53 cases were extracted foreign bodies without complications, 48 of them got successful result once.Conclusion:Foley cather is safe,quick,and effective in removing esophageal blunt foreign bodies in children. |
