| 摘 要： | 目的：评价闭合式玻璃体切除术的临床应用价值。方法：对53例、53眼严重眼外伤、视网膜血管疾病所致的增殖性玻璃体视网膜病变（PVR），复杂性视网膜脱离等采用闭合式玻璃体切除术联合视网膜前膜剥离，视网膜切开，冷凝，激光光凝，气体或硅油充填及巩膜外硅胶垫压或环扎等治疗技术，随访1－12个月。结果：52例保存了眼球，占98％。47例视力提高，占88．7％,视力大于0．3者12例，占22．3％。手术并发症以并发性白内障、玻璃体再出血和视网膜脱离为主。结论：闭合式玻璃体切除术治疗眼外伤、PVR、视网膜脱离疗效满意，有重要的临床应用价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic value of vitrectomy in patients with severe ocular injuries,proliferative vitreoretinopathy(PVR),complex retinal detachment.Methods:53 patients(53 eyes)were performed vitrectomy,peeling of membrane,retinotomy,photocoagulation,cryopexy,C3F8 or silicone oil tamponade and scleral buckling.The follow-up time was from 1 to 12 months.Results:The cure rate was 98%.Final vision was improved in 47 eyes (88.7%) ,with the visual acuity of 0.3 or better in 12 eyes (22.6%).The main complications of vitrectomy were complicated cataract (11.3%),vitreous rehemorrhage(7%) and retinal detachment (3.8%).Conclusion:Vitrectomy is effective for severe ocular injuries,PVR and complex retinal detachment. |
