| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨过敏原皮肤点刺法在诊断变应性鼻炎中的作用。方法：将10种常见的过敏原皮试液和阴、阳性对照液滴在前臂皮肤上，用特制的点刺针刺破表皮，观察皮肤反应。结果：拟诊为变应性鼻炎400例中，362例出现阳性反应，阳性率为90.5%，344例出现2种以上过敏原阳性反应。结论：过敏原皮肤点刺法是一种安全、简便，有效的辅助诊断变应性鼻炎的方法。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the role of skin prick test in diagnosis of allergic rhinitis.Method:Besides a positive and a negative contrast fluid,ten common allergen skin test fluids were dropped on forearms.Specific needles were used to prick the skin of forearm.Result:Among the 400 patients,whose initial diagnosis were allergic rhinitis,362 cases were positive in skin prick test.The positive rate was 90.5%.344 cases had more than 2 types positive allergens.Conclusion:The skin prick test is a safe,simple and effective auxiliary method to diagnose allergic rhinitis. |
