| 摘 要： | 目的：研究对呼吸道异物的诊断与治疗。方法：对104例患者诊治，103例在全麻下行呼吸道异物取出术。结果：103例在直达喉镜和支气管镜下均顺利取出异物。结论：诊断呼吸道异物应详细询问病史，认真全面的肺部检查，结合X线摄片，综合分析，在鉴别诊断呼吸道疾病时应考虑到本病。全麻加咽喉黏膜表面麻醉手术安全，成功率高。

| Abstract: | Objective:To elevet the level of diagnosis and treatment for foreign body in the respiratory duct.Method:In 104 patients,103 were extracted foreign body under total anesthesia.Results:All the foreign bodies were taken out with direct laryngoscope or laryngotracheobronchoscope successfully.Conclusion:Inquiry detailted history,careful X-ray examination and attentive lung auscultation are helpful in diagnosis of respiratory tract foreign bodies.Total anesthesia with laryngopharynx topical anesthesia ensure safety in operation. |
