| 摘 要： | 目的：提高儿童慢性鼻窦炎的诊断与治疗水平。方法：总结80例儿童慢性鼻窦炎的临床特点及治疗效果。结果：80例患者临床表现不典型，保守治疗均有效。结论：诊断儿童慢性鼻窦炎主要依据病史及仔细的鼻部检查，首选保守治疗。

| Abstract: | Objective:To improve the skill of diagnosis and treatment for child pediatric chronic sinusitis.Method:The experiences in 80 cases of child pediatric chronic sinusitis were summarized and analyzed.Result:80 cases had no typical clinic showings and had good effective result by conservative treatment.Conclusion:The diagnosis can be made according to the history and careful nose examination. Conservative treatment is the first choice. |
