复杂眼外伤人工晶体植入术的临床应用

目的：探讨复杂眼外伤白内障人工晶体植入的手术疗效与时机。方法：对44例、46眼外伤性白内障行不同方式的晶体摘除术及不同类型人工晶体植入术，对比手术前后视力及处理术后并发症。结果：术后6个月随访裸眼视力≤0.05者8眼，占17．39％，0．06－0．1者16眼，占34．78％，0．2－0．5者20眼，占43．48％，0．6－1．0者2眼，占4．35％。结论：外伤性白内障行晶体摘除及人工晶体植入术安全有效，应选择不同类型的人工晶体，积极处理并发症是脱盲的有效方法。

The clinical application of intraocular lens implantation in complicated trauma

Objective:To evaluate the therapeutic effectiveness of intraocular lens ( IOL ) implantation in complicated trauma.Method:Different cataract extractions were performed on 46 eyes of 44 patients with different intraocular lens styles.The preoperative and postoperative visual accuracy were compared,and the complication was dealed.Result:Postoperatively,the visual accuracy without correction was 0.05 or less in 8 eyes(17.39%),0.06 to 0.1 in 16 eyes (34.78%) ,0.2 to 0.5 in 20 eyes(43.48%),0.6 to 1.0 in 2 eyes (4.35%).Conclusion:Cataract extraction and IOL implantation for traumatic cataract are safe and effective.Chosing different intraocular lens styles and dealing with complication actively are effective for prevention of blindness.
