胸腺少见病变的CT诊断

目的　提高对胸腺少见疾病的CT诊断及鉴别诊断。方法　回顾性分析 8例经手术病理证实的胸腺少见疾病的CT征象。结果　胸腺增生 ( 1例 )表现为胸腺区三角形软组织密度影 ,边界清楚 ;胸腺囊肿 ( 3例 )表现为胸骨后囊性病变 ,囊内呈均匀水样密度 ;胸腺脂肪瘤 ( 2例 )表现为前纵隔巨大混杂密度影 ,向下延伸至心尖部 ,病灶内见到脂肪密度 ;胸腺癌 ( 1例 )表现为前纵隔不规则强化病灶 ,胸膜可见转移性结节 ;胸腺类癌 ( 1例 )表现为前纵隔巨大肿块 ,强化不明显。结论　结合患者年龄与临床表现 ,CT可以对部分胸腺少见疾病作出正确诊断或提示诊断

CT Diagnosis of Uncommon Disorders of Thymus

Objective To improve CT diagnosis and different diagnosis of thymic uncommon disorders.Methods CT findings of thymic uncommon disorders in 8 cases proven by operation and pathology were analysed retrospectively .Results Thymic hyperplasia (1 case) appeared as soft tissue density with a triangle shape margin in the region of thymus.Thymic cyst (3 cases) appeared as cyst mass behind the sternum with homogeneous water density.Thymolipoma (2 cases) appeared as a large mass with heterogeneous density in anterior mediastinum,the masses extented down to the tip of heart and there were fatty density within tumors.Thymic carcinoma(1 case) appeared as a unrgeular enhanced mass in anterior mediastinum and pleural metastases nude could seen.Thymic carcinoid(1 case) appeared as a large,light enhanced mass in anterior mediastinum.Conclusion Some thymic uncommon disorders in combination with age and clinical data can be diagnosied correctly or suggested diagnosis.
