| 摘 要： | 目的:建立以高效液相色谱法测定健胃茶中甘草酸含量的方法。方法:色谱柱为InertsilODS-3,流动相为甲醇-0.2mol/L醋酸铵溶液-冰醋酸(67∶33∶1),检测波长为250nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果:甘草酸进样量在0.784μg～4.70μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.1%(RSD=1.26%)。结论:本方法简便、快速、准确,具有实用性,可用于健胃茶的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To establish a HPLC method for content determination of glycyrrbizic acid in Jianwei tea.MET_HODS:A Inertsil ODS-3 column was used with a mobile phase of methanol-0.2mol/L ammonium acetate solution-glacial acetic acid(67∶33∶1).The detection wavelength was 250nm,and the flow rate was 1.0ml/min.RESULTS:There was a good linear relationship between the sample size and peak area score of glycyrrbizic acid in the range of 0.784μg～4.70μg(r= 0.9 999).The average recovery was 99.1%(RSD=1.26%).CONCLUSION:The present method is convenient,accurate and practicable,and it can be used for quality control of Jianwei tea. |
