摘    要:信号转导通路与肿瘤发病机制的关系已成为研究热点.丝裂原活化蛋白激酶(MAPK)信号传导通路,参与细胞的生长、发育、分化、凋亡等一系列细胞生理活动,该通路异常活化,导致细胞分化、调亡功能丧失,引起细胞恶性转化,异常增殖、肿瘤发生、侵袭力增强、导致肿瘤转移等.本文综述MAPK信号传导通路与肿瘤发病机制相关性研究,为治疗肿瘤寻找新的靶点提供实验依据.

Abstract:Signaling pathway and the relationship to the pathogenesis of tumor has become a hot research topic. Mitogen activated protein kinase (MAPK) signaling pathways, which take part in cell division, cell proliferation , cell differentiation and cell apoptosis. The abnormal pathway activation, leading to cell differentiation, apoptosis function loss, which will cause the malignant cell transformation, abnormal proliferation and tumorigenesis and enhancing the aggressivity, leading to tumor metastasis, etc, This article reviews the relation between MAPK signaling pathway and tumor pathogenesis. It will provide experimental basis for treating cancer to find new targets.
