还原型谷胱甘肽片治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎疗效观察

目的 评价还原型谷胱甘肽片对慢性乙型病毒性肝炎的临床疗效及安全性。方法 将92例患者随机分为两组，治疗组46例口服还原型谷胱甘肽片（400mg／次，3次／d），对照组46例口服肝得健（600mg／次，3次／d），疗程均为4周。结果 4周后，两组患者食欲不振、乏力、肝区疼痛、腹胀及黄疸显著减轻，肝功能显著改善，较治疗前有非常显著性差异（P〈0．01），治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为78、26％和76．09％（P〉0．05）；2组均未发现明显的不良反应。结论 口服用谷胱甘肽治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎是安全、有效的。

Clinical Study on Efficacy of Oral Reduced Glutathione for Patients with Chronic Viral Hepatitis

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of oral reduced glutathione for the patients with chronic viral hepatitis. Methods The 92 patients with chronic viral hepatitis were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.In the treatment group,patients were orally used with reduced glutathione 400 mg t.i.d.;in the control group,the patients were used with Essentiale 600 mg,t.i.d. for 4 weeks.Results After 4 weeks,in the treatment and control groups,inappetence,debility,liver pain,windy,jaundice,TB,ALT and AST significantly decreased (P < 0.01).The overall effective rate was 78.26%in the treatment group,76.09%in the control group,respectively (P > 0.05).The severe adverse effects in both groups were not discovered.Conclusion Reduced glutathione giving orally is a safe and effective treatment for chronic viral hepatitis.
