CT引导经皮肺穿刺活检的临床应用(附102例报告)

目的　探讨CT引导经皮肺穿刺活检对肺占位性疾病的诊断价值。方法　应用DLTRA CUT型 18G软组织切割式活检针 ,在CT引导下对 10 2例肺占位性疾病患者进行经皮肺穿刺。结果　 10 2例经皮肺穿刺活检患者中 ,病理检查证实为原发性肺癌者 94例 ,结核 4例 ,炎性假瘤 1例 ,未能作出明确诊断者 3例 ;诊断准确率为 97 1% ,术后并发少量气胸 8例 ( 7 8% ) ,痰中带血 6例 ( 5 9% ) ,均未需作特殊处理。结论　CT引导经皮肺穿刺活检是一种比较安全、可靠的辅助诊断技术。

Clinical Application of Lung Biopsy by CT-guided Percutaneous Paracentesis

Objective To explore the significance of lung biopsy by CT-guided percutaneous paracentesis in the diagnosis of space-occupying lesions of the lung.Methods 102 patients with space-occupying lesions of the lung underwent lung biopsy by CT-guided percutaneous paracentesis and DLTRA-CUT 18Gsoft-tissue-cutting biopsy needles.Results Ninety-four of them were confirmed by pathological exanination to suffer from primary malignant tumor, 4 from tuberculosis and 1 from inflammatory pseudotumor. No definite diagnosis was made in 3 patients,the diagnosis rate was 97.1%.After operation,minor pneumothorax occurred in 8 cases (7.8%) and traces of blood in sputum in 6 cases(5.9%), however,they didn’t need any treatment .Conclusion Lung biopsy by CT-guided percutaneous paracentesis is a safe and practical technique and may be widely used in choical.
