| 摘 要： | 目的]通过对肺结核患者外周血中CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞的分析,探讨其在肺结核患者中的临床意义。方法]采用流式细胞技术多色荧光分析法,测定84例肺结核患者及29例健康体检者外周血中CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞水平,观察肺结核患者与健康对照者之间、各型肺结核之间及结核杆菌阳性与阴性者之间的差别。结果]肺结核患者CD4+CD25+所占比例为(10.81±2.65)%,与健康对照组差异有统计学意义(P0.05);各型结核之间、抗酸杆菌阳性与阴性之间的差异有统计学意义(P0.05);初治肺结核与复治肺结核也有一定的差异,但无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论]CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞可作为判断肺结核患者免疫功能的指标,它对肺结核患者的免疫状态、指导用药、疗效观察有一定的临床意义。
