电子阴道镜在宫颈疾病中的诊断价值

目的探讨电子阴道镜在宫颈疾病中的诊断价值。方法对从2008年1月至2009年1月来我院行阴道镜检查的患者，其阴道镜诊断结果和宫颈活检病理诊断结果资料的分析。结果电子阴道镜检查1360例，682例在电子阴道镜下行宫颈活检，病理结果显示：慢性宫颈炎575例，CINⅠ45例，CINⅡ20例，CINⅢ（其中包括原位癌4例）13例，宫颈癌3例，宫颈湿疣26例。电子阴道镜诊断慢性宫颈炎、CINⅠ、CINⅡ、CINⅢ、宫颈癌以及宫颈湿疣的符合率分别为：96．70％、91．11％、90．OO％、92．31％、100％、96．T6％。结论电子阴道镜能提高子宫颈疾病尤其是CIN活检的阳性率与诊断的准确性，具有一定的临床价值。

The diagnostic value of electronic colposcope in the cervix diseases

Objective： To discuss the diagnostic value of electronic colposcope in the cervix diseases. Methods： The clinic data of the patients who undergone the colposcopic examination in our hospital from January 2008 to January 2009 were retrospectively analyzed. The cervical examination results by the electronic colposeope were compared with the pathologic examination results. Results： 682 patients received the cervical examination by the electronic colposcope, and cervical biopsies. The results showed that 575 patients with chronic cervicitis, 45 with CIN, 20 had CIN Ⅱ, 13 with CIN Ⅲ （including 4 with carcinoma in situ）, 3 with cervical cancer, 26 with cervical condyloma acuminatum. The coincidence rate between the examination result by electronic colposcope and the pathologic diagnosis results of the chronic cervicitis,CIN Ⅰ ,CIN Ⅱ ,CINⅢ .cervical cancer and the cervical condyloma acuminatum were 96.70%,91.11%,90.00%.92.31%,100% and 96.16% respectively. Conclusion： The electronic colposcope method can increase the positive rate and the diagnostic accuracy of the cervix diseases, have important diagnostic value.
