| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨胃癌内镜下形态与浸润深度的关系。方法:通过对286例胃癌患者行内镜及病理检查。结果:早期胃癌病变大小超过3cm者占9.1％,肿瘤浸润达肌层后超过3cm者占36.4％(P<0.05)。早期胃癌Ⅰ型、Ⅱa型及Ⅱb型以粘膜内癌为主占63.6％,Ⅱc型及Ⅲ型以粘膜下层癌为主占90.9％(P<0.01)。进展期胃癌内镜下形态与浸润深度无明显相关性。结论:胃癌内镜下形态对判断早期胃癌浸润深度有参考价值,对进展期胃癌无参考价值。

| Abstract: | Objective:To study the relationship between the shape and invasive depth of gastric carcinoma under endoscopy. Methods:286 cases with gastric carcinoma has been observed in the shape and invasive depth of carcinoma by gastroscope. Results: The primary gastric carcinoma over 3 cm was 9.1%. The carcinoma reaching muscle over 3 cm was 36.4%(P<0.05). The primary gastric carcinoma include type I , IIa and II b- Internal - mucosal carcinoma were 63.6 % .
