摘    要:目的:用运动心力监测仪以无创的方法获取长期从事体育锻炼者的心力储备方面的有关信息。方法:受试者完成规定的运动量,把不同负荷下运动后第一心音(S1)幅值对安静时S1幅值增加的相应倍数定义为心力变化趋势(cardac contractility change trend,CCCT)。结果:体育系学生和普通系学生心力数据间有非常显著的差异,而心率数据间没有明著的差异。结论:体育系学生高水平的心力变化趋势主要来自心肌收缩能力储备而不是心率储备。运动心力监测仪能在体育运动现场监测心力,该方法可用来量度心肌收缩能力和评估运动员和一般人的心力储备,为运动员选拔、训练安排、竞赛安排以及一般人体质评估提供一种客观量化的参考指标。

Abstract:Objective To obtain noninvasively and easily relevant information about cardiac reserve of those who take long-term exercise. Method The subjects accomplished the designed exercise workload and the increase of the amplitude of the first heart sound after accomplishing different exercise workloads, with respect to the amplitude of the first heart sound recorded at rest was defined as cardiac contractility change trend (CCCT). Result It was found that there was a verysignificant difference between the two sets of cardiac contractility data of the PE and general department students and there was no obvious difference between the two sets of heart rate data. Conclusion The results indicate that the high level of CCCT of the PE department students is derived mainly from cardiac contractility reserve rather than heart rate reserve. Sport cardiac contractility monitor is able to be used at sport field for measuring and evaluating cardiac contractility and cardiac reserve of athletes. This method might provide a reference indicator for selecting athletes, training and match arrangement, and constitution evaluation for general persons.
