长春西汀应用于高血压脑出血开颅术后患者的临床研究

目的探讨长春西汀对高血压脑出血（HICH）开颅术后患者的临床疗效。方法将2009年1月至2012年6月开颅手术治疗的156例HICH患者按随机数字表随机分为长春西汀治疗组（80例）和对照组（76例），应用神经功能缺损程度评分、脑再出血发生率和脑梗死发生率对两组治疗效果进行分析。治疗组术后7d开始给予长春西汀20-30mg静脉滴注，1次/d，使用2-22d，平均（18±2．3）d；对照组除不使用长春西汀外，其它治疗方法同长春西汀治疗组。结果长春西汀治疗组HICH术后患者的神经功能缺损程度评分和减少脑梗死发生机率明显低于对照组（P〈0．05），但两组患者术后脑再出血的发生率没有明显差异（P〉0．05）。结论长春西汀能安全有效地改善HICH开颅术后患者的预后。

Clinical effect of vinpocetine on patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage after craniotomy

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of vinpocetine on patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage （HICH） after craniotomy. Methods One hundred and fifty-six patients with HICH who underwent craniotomy from January, 2009 to June, 2012 were randomly divided into treatment group （n=80） and control group （n=76）. The patients in the treatment group were treated by intravenous infusion of vinpocetine （20-30 mg, once a day） for 2-22 days mean, （18±2.3）d], and the patients in control group did not. The other treatment was the same in both the groups. The neurological deficit score, the rate of cerebral infarction and the rate of rebleeding were used to assess the effect of vinpocetine. Results The neurological deficit scores and the rate of cerebral infarction were significantly lower in the treatment group than those in control group （P〈0.05）. But there was no significant difference in the rates of rebleeding between the two groups （P〉0.05）. Conclusion Vinpocetine can safely and effectively improve the prognosis of patients with HICH after craniotomy.
