320排动态容积CT诊断脑血管病的价值

摘    要:目的探讨320排动态容积cT诊断脑血管病的价值。方法对80例怀疑脑血管病患者行320排动态容积cT检查,经两位有经验的神经影像医师读片,评估其诊断价值。结果80例患者发现颅内血管性病变75例,其中60例为颅内动脉瘤,10例脑动脉硬化,3例脑动静脉畸形,2例烟雾病,5例未发现明确原因。结论320排动态容积CT-次扫描16cm容积数据采集,实现脑血管病cT平扫、脑血管造影及脑灌注一站式检查,具有快速、无创、准确性高等优点,对诊断脑血管疾病具有很高临床价值。

Abstract:Objective To assess the diagnostic value of 320-slice dynamic volume computerized tomography angiography (320-CTA) for the cerebrovascular disease. Methods The 320-CTA was performed in 80 patients with suspected cerebrovascular disease and the imaging outcomes were assessed by two independent senior radiologists. Results Of 80 patients, 75 had cerebrovascular disease including 60 cases of intracranial aneurysms, 10 atherosclerosis, 3 cerebral arteriovenous malformation and 2 moyamoya disease and 5 not. Eighteen aneurysms were in the anterior communicating artery, 14 in the posterior communicating artery, 7 in the middle cerebral artery, 8 in the bifurcation of the internal carotid artery and posterior communicating artery, 4 in the basilar artery, 2 in the posterior inferior cerebellar artery, 2 in the pericallosal artery. There were five patients with multiple intracranial aneurysms. The size, neck, orientations and parent artery of the aneurysm and the spatial relationship between the aneurysm and arterial branches or bones near by the aneurysm could be clearly observed on the images of 320-CTA. The 320-CTA also clearly showed the location, size, shape, feeding arteries and draining veins of cerebral arteriovenous malformation in 3 patients with cerebral arteriovenous malformation. Conclusion The 320-CTA is a good method to diagnose cerebrovascular disease and is of the advantages including rapidness, noninvasive imaging and high accuracy.
