| 摘 要： | 本文总结２年来所做２５例３０眼儿童白内障摘除后房型人工晶体植入术。随访３－２４个月，平均１１．２个月，除６例６眼视力无增进外，其余矫正视力达０．１－０．２者１０眼、０．３－０．４者６眼和０．５－０．８者８眼。影响儿童术后视力恢复的主要因素为弱视和后囊混浊，对后者的治疗方法与儿童人工晶体植入术的适应年龄作了讨论。．

| Abstract: | Cataract extractions with posterior chamber intraocular lens(IOL) implantations were performed on 30 eyes with cataracts in children,including 10 eyes of congenital and 20 eyes of traumatic cataracts. The patients were followed up 3-24 months, averaging 11.7 months. Except in six patients(6 eyes) the visual acuity was not improved, corrected vision in others was achieved 0.1-0.2 in 10 eyes, 0.3-0.4 in 6 eyes and 0.5-0.8 in 8 eyes. The main factors influencing the visual acuity are opacification of the posterior lens capsule and amblyopia. Their method of treatment and the indication of IOL implantation for years in children are also discussed. |
