摘    要:目的 评价三维钆剂增强磁共振血管造影在大血管病变中的应用价值。方法 对20例大血管病变行三维钆剂增强磁共振造影,先经肘正中静脉快速推入钆喷酸葡胺注射液2-3mmol/kg,注射速度2ml/秒,注药后连续采集2-3组数据,源像用MIP技术进行三维重建,并对图像质量进行评价。结果 本组资料中,夹层动脉瘤4例,主动脉瘤5例,假性动脉瘤2例,动脉硬化4例,大动脉炎2例,肾动脉狭窄3例,与IADSA结果对照,诊断符合率100%;图像质量;优秀15例,良好4例,差1例,优良率为95%。结论 三维增强磁共振血管造影能准确显示大血管病变,是评价大血管病变的有效,无创性方法。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate 3D gadolinium -enhanced MR angiography in assessing the lesions of aorta and its major branches.Method Examinations of 3D gadolinium -enhanced MR angiographies were performe d in 20cases with lesions in aorta and its br anches.After injecting 24-30ml gad olinium(2-3mmol /kg)through antecu-bital vein,all sagittal and coronal data were acquired consecutively an d reconstructed with MIP technique.The image quality were evaluated and compared with results of IADSA.Result The group included 4dissecting aneu rysms,5aneurysms,2pseudoaneurysms,4arterial sclerosis,2arteritides,and3renal arterial stenosis.The accur acy of 3D MRA,compared with IADSA findings,w as 100%.Good quality imaging was obt ained in 19cases(95%)out of 20.Conclusion Three dimensional enhanced MRA is an effective and non -invasive modalit y in accessing the lesions in the major vessels.
